An online training session on “Updating Bologna Course Information Packages” was organized for the academic staff of our Vocational School of Health Services to support the continuous improvement of teaching and learning processes and to ensure that course information packages are prepared in an up-to-date, accurate, and standardized manner in accordance with the Bologna Process.

The training covered key aspects of reviewing and updating course information packages, including course objectives and content, learning outcomes, weekly course plans, teaching and learning methods, assessment and evaluation methods, and ECTS workloads. Particular emphasis was also placed on aligning course learning outcomes with program outcomes and ensuring that course information is prepared in a consistent and comprehensive manner in line with Bologna principles.

Academic staff of our School participated in the online training. During the session, participants were informed about the key points to consider when preparing and updating course information packages, and issues encountered during the process were discussed.

The training aimed to improve the quality and currency of course information packages, ensure consistency across programs, and support the continuous improvement of teaching and learning processes within the quality assurance system.

As the Vocational School of Health Services, we will continue our efforts to enhance academic processes in line with our student-centered education and continuous improvement approach.
