The internship documents required for the students of the optician program are as follows. Internship documents must be filled in such a way that the internship date is between 01.07.2025 - 29.07.2025. 

The documents must be submitted to the student affairs office of our school until 30.05.2025. Students who do not submit their documents by the specified date will not start their internship process.
