High Level of Academic and Administrative Staff Satisfaction at the Vocational School of Health Services

The results of the Academic and Administrative Staff Satisfaction Survey, conducted by Aksaray University Health Services Vocational School as part of its quality assurance efforts, revealed that the school has adopted a participatory, transparent, and trust-oriented management approach.

The survey, conducted with the participation of 20 academic and administrative staff members, evaluated key areas such as managerial processes, communication, employee participation in decision-making mechanisms, motivation, crisis management, and fairness in management. Academic staff constituted 52.6% of the participants, while administrative staff comprised 47.4%.

According to the survey results, all participants stated that managers communicate openly and effectively with team members. Similarly, all participants expressed positive opinions regarding the consideration of employee opinions in decision-making processes and the support given to staff development.

Regarding the taking of correct and quick decisions in crisis and difficult situations, and the fair and reliable management approach, 95% of participants expressed positive opinions, while only 5% were undecided. The absence of negative evaluations in both areas demonstrates the strong trust placed in the school's management.

At the Vocational School of Health Services, satisfaction surveys are regularly conducted as part of the quality assurance system, systematically gathering the opinions and suggestions of academic and administrative staff. The data obtained is evaluated by the quality commission and relevant boards, guiding continuous improvement efforts.

The results once again demonstrate Aksaray University's Vocational School of Health Services' commitment to strengthening its participatory management approach, employee satisfaction, and institutional quality culture.
